hopeleslyobvious Posted February 2, 2006 Report Posted February 2, 2006 Calgary gets Boucher and Leclerc. Phoenix gets Reinprecht and Sauve. http://sports.yahoo.com/nhl/news;_ylt=Akg1...ov=ap&type=lgns
apuszczalowski Posted February 2, 2006 Report Posted February 2, 2006 I think you mean Phoenix, not Dallas
shrader Posted February 2, 2006 Report Posted February 2, 2006 Calgary really enjoys stockpiling defensemen, don't they?
Taro T Posted February 2, 2006 Report Posted February 2, 2006 Calgary really enjoys stockpiling defensemen, don't they? Huh? Leclerc is a winger and Boucher a sieve (who went on one truly historical tear a couple years back).
Guest Guest Posted February 2, 2006 Report Posted February 2, 2006 Huh? Leclerc is a winger and Boucher a sieve (who went on one truly historical tear a couple years back). Ahhh, that's what I get for only reading the first post. I was thinking of Philipe Boucher.

Goodfella25 Posted February 2, 2006 Report Posted February 2, 2006 I think this is a good trade for Calgary...Reinprecht was kind of stale there, they needed a backup better than Sauve, and Leclerc is a Flames-type player who has grit. Maybe Buffalo can swing a deal and get Reinprecht back :D After all, we did have him for 2 minutes on the day we got Drury.
