    They showed the Sabres watch party at Key Bank. Seems like an odd choice for some of the fans to be wearing the old crossed-sword alternate reds with NJ wearing red today...but that's just me.

    I think most (not all) here acknowledge that. Hell, it's been 13 years...but the micro view taken from these two games is tearing at a lot of scar tissue and triggering some PTSD.

    Does it matter? They have a way of making almost every backup goalie look like a Vezina candidate. That said, a mere six SOG will do that.
