  1. Krebs, iirc, was the center for Quin/JJP in Roc. Although maybe not on the PP
  2. On another forum I post to, a mod would have split this into two threads: One about camp, one about pizza. They never do that here.
  3. It's just the style that developed in local taverns. I wouldn't be surprised if it started with an imaginative square pan salesman.
  4. Not a thing, sir. Not a thing.
  5. They won't? That's exactly why they lost to Florida.
  6. Is that what the kids are calling these days?
  7. There's the period where all the depth guys get waived at the beginning of the season before they go down to the minors. Scoop up someone like another Bryson then.
  8. ....until he inevitably breaks some tiny bone in his wrist blocking a shot.
  9. Oh come on, your company can't be that large that it has that many Coltons. And what did you do, search the Enterprise White Pages? 😉
  10. Now there's a boy who can do a pullup:
  11. Okay, this made me chuckle:
  12. So Carolina signed William Carrier, Eric Robinson and Tyson Jost, all ex-Sabres (though Carrier has played the majority of his career in Vegas). Let's see how Robbie and Jostie work out for them.
  13. I could see how, there is any truth to this, it would sour his reputation in the org. Probably doesn't reflect well on Krebs either (unless Krebs didn't miss curfew and plausibly denied culpability).
  14. I know, right? I remember when they came into Texas I was kind of excited because in Detroit it really was good pizza, but it's basically no better than pizza you get at a chain gas station like QT or RaceTrac. Edible but not a treat.
  15. Little Caesars here in Texas is true bottom-feeder crap, but in the metro Detroit area it's significantly better. Their pan pizza in Detroit is a pretty good Detroit style. Here in Texas it's a weak shadow of that.
  16. It's almost like we're at the wrong end of the human centipede.
  17. Oh it's most definitely a pizza. Think of it as halfway between Chicago deep dish and classic Buffalo pizza. In a square pan. Buffalo pizza is my favorite style, but Detroit is a great change up once in a while.
  18. No, it's a square-panned, deep dish variant. Not as extreme as Chicago deep dish, and generally kind of crustless as in the cheese goes all the way up to the pan and gets a nice browned edge. Check out the link in Promo's post for an idea. It's pretty good.
  19. Yeah, maybe it will work for them, but I also think they probably need to look at team defense.
