  1. I know Muel only has 54 games or whatever, but he's always played like a seasoned vet. My initial view of Power is similar: Plays like someone with far more experience than he has so far. This tells me that they really messed up with Dahlin: the team was so messed up that he just didn't/couldn't shine.
  2. The Sabres are gonna be in cap hell in 2029 when he and Tage want their paydays after back-to-back Cup championships.
  3. I care. I'm spiteful that way.
  4. What I've observed so far is that teams have tried to rattle him but he calmly absorbs to the hit, retains possession, and moves the puck. Will other teams turn up the pressure? We'll see. He uses size and positioning to play the game at his own pace, and forces opponents to play at that pace too.
  5. One more sleep until the Sabres start their season 😍

  7. Heh. VGK hems L.A. into their zone for an entire shift. With full control, they change lines and out comes Eichel. He receives a pass and immediately the Kings relieve him of the puck 😄
  8. I stand molested.
  9. First North American goal of the season was a shortie by Zebanejad.
  10. He's drawn comparisons to Cale Makar who had an outstanding rookie year.

  12. I think the only reason Bjork is on the roster was the injury to Okie. If he'd been healthy they may have kept and extra D (Pilut) instead.
  13. I think that's a composite of individual promo shots. Why they picked the ones that did may be function of how the other pictures looked (and how much they already have been and will be used).
  14. One thing about Bills receivers (that wasn't true several years ago): They're very good at adjusting to a ball that isn't thrown perfectly and taking it away.... case in point, Shakir's TD reception. And Davis's second TD grab:
  15. Probably a question of trying to balance the two PP units, and maybe an attempt to pump up Mitts.
  16. So it looks like Hinostroza is the odd man out for now.
  17. I'm fine with that. Buffalo fans love an underdog.
  18. Oh I know, but I stated a position, you don't expect me to back of of that, do you??? 😉
  19. The exception that proves the rule.
