    Not sure what you're referring to, but the Canadians call their version of the F-18 the CF-18.

    It is, in fact, an F-18, and not just any F-18, it's a CF-18 (C = Canadian), the kind in the Jets' logo.

    Actually I thought it was when I first posted it, but the recent airshow mishap I thought that was from, was a different aircraft. I don't think anything looks that much like an F-18 except an F-18.

    Yeah, that's where George Martin came in. They didn't have training in music theory, didn't understand the notation, but they had an innate feel for it. Here's a YouTube video that looks into it.

    I didn't say they were retired; in fact I said the opposite- "it will be some time before .... the F-18 is fully retired"
