He's playing a regular shift. He's just playing his game, which is to be invisible until he scores. He has made several good defensive plays but no one notices those.

I gotta believe he practices that. He scores a lot of goals from there.

The chemistry on that line is becoming very strong.

He's at least what Curtis Lazar was for us. Muel is just so quietly good defensively.

That was a major league hook on Dahlin as he crossed into the Bolts zone and... no call on Hedman Only after Jost showed up.

Jost is a revelation. He's the perfect center or that line.

He'll have two assists on the third to help Tage get his hat trick.

I missed most of the second; tried to walk the dogs during the period break but they wanted a long one. Anyway, I guess Jost earned this: Although with the events of the last coupla days maybe that should be Sheahan.

Thompson is renowned for his shot but I think probably half of his goals are him stickhandling the puck to the net at about 4 mph.

Is Sheahan a better option that Krebs for winning right now? I haven't seen anything out of Sheahan to indicate he's the difference that when replacing Krebs will win games for the Sabres. He's. Just. Not. That. Good. At this point I'd rather see Cody Eakin over Riley Sheahan.
