  1. Bills primarily. May sneak a side glance toward the Sabres. We have friends coming over for dinner so I can't get out to a bar.
  2. This touches on something I posted in the Columbus GDT: The mechanism is different; I mentioned a players only meeting; you said the young core needs to step up. But the idea is the same. I think the other player that should be mentioned in terms of leadership is Casey Mittelstadt. I think Mitts is already hugely influential with the players. But yeah, they need to take control.
  3. I have no idea what the Whiner Line is, so.... (Remember, I haven't lived in Buffalo for 4 decades.)
  4. Well they had a pretty good start on run and gun tonight against the Leafs. Keep it going.
  5. I love how Paul Schaefer recreates the Phil Spector "wall of sound" in the studio, especially in the later versions.
  6. This has become one of my favorite Christmas songs, and at least once a year I like to watch this mashup of the versions of this song when Darlene Love sang it on Letterman, which became an annual tradition on the show. Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)
  7. Dude is a stud. I saw several Fs and Ks. But what the exact words were is hard to tell.
  8. Mad props to KBC media guy for playing TO's goal song with a minute left in a 9-3 game.
  9. The natural chemistry of all the forward lines, really, tonight, has been obvious. On D it looks like it's Muel-Dahls Cliffy-Power Johnson & Johnson I like Clifton with Power, moar pleaz.
  10. "Reunited that line and it feels so good!" Very nice, Dan. Very nice.
  11. Yes. That's exactly it. EDIT: The whole line of Greenway-Mitts-Benson is bull-like. Tenacious.
  12. He's much more offensively, but I think Casey is the Marcus Foligno of this team. Thoughts?
  13. Tonight's beer selection: HopFusion Christmas as F**k (5.78% ABV) Rasmus just gave an angel its wings.
  14. If the Sabres could only manage to get to the playoffs they'd be a handful.
