And to think I was worried the pressure of the big contract would weigh on Tage... -

Mostly. Does not include games on NHL Network (like tonight) and national games on.... wherever they may be this year (unless maybe ESPN has them now?) But it will get you most of the games. If the game is on NHL Network, does it show on DTV/Fios? Tonight's game is an NHL Network game. -

I have NHLN as part of my Spectrum subscription. -
I will take that under advisement. 😉

Well, yeah. Every team's analytics department is doing their own analysis, developing their own metrics; weighting parameters differently to see how to best predict outcomes. I bet at this point the Sabres' have come up with a metric that quantifies why Tuch is better for the Sabres than Eichel, based on information that was available prior to their respective drafts, and they're applying it to current drafts to identify their targets in the most recent draft. They knew Savioe, Östlund & Kulich rated high on that scale which why they were thrilled when they were still available to the Sabres. Other teams passed because their metrics guys valued them differently. Are our analytics guys right? We'll find out soon enough. -
You need to get out more. I know it can be tough to get a Kitchen Pass but it's worth it.

Like I said, when they have their first losing streak of 6 or so games, will they keep their heads up? Will they pull out of it with a nice stretch? Or will it make them doubt themselves and lead to a longer funk? I tend to think they will be able to correct, mostly because I think Granato will keep them believing in themselves even when things are clicking. But we'll have to wait and see.

One reason I can see giving Anderson the first start is they are playing "Otterland"... let him play against his old team.

If you lose it, just google "map of Connecticut superimposed on North Texas"

I have ESPN+ and I have ESPN basic (with my Spectrum subscription). I think I get ESPN2 with Spectrum as well. So when I look at my account in the ESPN app, it actually shows two logons: One for ESPN+ and one for Spectrum. I bought the sports pack on Spectrum to get NHL Network and it includes a bunch of stuff but ESPN U is apparently not one of them. (It used to be that in our area, the only way to get NHL Network was to purchase the top tier of Spectrum programming which was stupid expensive. I forget how much the Sports Pack is, but I want to say it's about $5 per month..)

You mean they need their injured players back; that would do it. But more is better.

I recall trying to watch college games on the ESPN app and being told I didn't have an ESPN U subscription. That was my first inkling that ESPN+ doesn't, in fact, include all ESPN content.
