I think he was an analyst- a pure numbers guy. I work in a technical field and have worked with people like that. Can generate numbers left and right but can't tell what conclusion they lead to.

Correct. That was my point. Instead of following the leaders brought in, they hung out with the bad influences (Bogo, Kane). Kevyn appreciates character and its affect on a young cohort of players better than XGMTM or JBot did. They just didn't "get" locker room dynamics.

It didn't look good early.

The first few shifts of the game were tough. UPL stood tall early.

If Angry Runs was a thing in the NHL, Bryson would have won it for that shift.
