Playing an uptempo style? Is that really the case? If so, is it because that is what they really want to do or is it because they are forced to do so because of their personnel (badly constructed team)? I thought Ruff would prefer a defensive oriented team, but they lack the right personnel to do so very well.

Culture of losing….don’t work hard, still get paid and eventually get released or traded to a cup contender and achieve great things.

Quantity does not equal quality. None of us are in the room, but it feels like there is still a leadership void on the team. I see no “accountability” measures being taken for players who fail to perform.

Some answers might include: 1. Yes, Kevyn is incompetent and needs to be replaced with a credible GM 2. Retrain our defense to actually play defense (more stay at home) 3. Go get an actual playmaker, somebody who can carry the puck with speed and maintain possession while his linemates join the rush 4. Shoot the puck and swarm the net, not this ridiculous one and done crap 5. Switch out some top 6 for other top 6 that play a more aggressive and physical style.

If GMKA is looking to “add” more talent (rumor), then he is losing more leverage with each game. The smell of desperation is thick again and every GM in the league will fleece him

Sorry to repeat myself, but zone entries on the PP are simply awful….which IMHO is part of the reason our PP is one of the worst in league. There are other issues as well, but it starts with maintaining possession.
