If Pegula is a micro manager (like I suspect), he wants to know what is “new” each day. Kevyn has to give him the run down and Terry gives him direction on what he wants as a result. This is why no credible GM will ever work here.

Yes….fire him yesterday and replace him with somebody who wants to build a team that is fast, physical/hard hitting and relentless. Win, lose or draw - I can watch a team that plays this way.

Part of me says what the heck and put Cozens with Malenstyn and NAK. The line would have speed and he would have a couple of rugged wingers to ride shotgun with. Maybe crazy, but nothing else has worked.
