We may have witnessed a watershed moment for this team. I'm not trying to be overly dramatic, but I can see myself remembering this game as the emergence of #24 as a a real leader on this team vs. just another talented young kid who's just trying to blend in.

I would LOVE to see him start the next fight....let the kids show the so-called seasoned vets what passion and emotion looks like.

Agree....it's important that someone like him can come in and play regular minutes as a left-handed left-side d-man. I was hoping somebody like him could step up.

Stupid decision by RK. Cozens needs to play every game unless he's hurt. Okposo should be the one sitting out. I would say the same for Bryson vs. Irwin. Nothing to lose by letting the young guys plays with some speed and more enthusiasm. His strategy with Skinner is a multi-season failure.

Works for me! If somehow this happened and if those new players showed up and gave an honest effort each game, this fan base would support them....win, lose or draw. Buffalo fans want a cup, but short of that the fans will still embrace a team that plays hard and supports each other.

Buffalo will get fleeced in any trades...we are not coming from a position of strength and every GM will try to top the ROR trade debacle. The only way up from the bottom is finding a bonafide proven HC who will come in and right the ship. I would not mind seeing some true "agitator" type players added to the roster to bring some emotion to the squad.
