On the one hand, I've never felt Jack was the energizer bunny vs. say Crosby or McDavid. However, I do feel that he has another gear which I have not seen much of so far this early season. I am wondering if it is in his head or that he is playing injured.

If I paid money for tickets for this game, I'd ask Jack for a refund.

Yup, Tage and Dahlin adding muscle doesn't matter when your mind still plays like a timid 90 lb. weakling. Kind of the opposite of Mike Peca, who played way above his punching weight.

Yup...3 rookie GM's, a rookie HC followed by another with minimal HC experience plus lack of seasoned hockey president.....I guess it's not a surprise.

Risto/McCabe both +2 tonight while having the most minutes as well. Dahlin -2 (worst on team) with only 10 minutes played tonight (not much in the 3rd). I don't think he's physically hurt, but rather mentally shot right now. RK has no solution to fix him.

Dahlin is -2 and has just over 10 minutes on ice this game....RK must have decided he's seen enough from #26 tonight.

We'll see, but I sure would not give him a generational player contract extension until he shows more energy and better play.

I'd settle for Dahlin's B game right now. Lately, I'd give him a D. RK has ruined him.
