Possibly....although I really can't lower myself to listen to the B's broadcasting team. The only time I may switch over is if the B's are getting beat, then I like to hear their guys whine about it!

Regardless of whether Sam is a 2C or not, we have our future 2C with Cozens and ideally a 3C with Mitts....and Jack as our 1C if all are healthy. None of these players should be a 4C. As far as Sam is concerned, I still prefer him at RW when Jack is healthy...we don't have enough skill at RW without him there.

LUCK - as in a team that can stay healthy enough to survive the playoff grind. I still say that we would have won the cup in 2006 if our defense was able to stay healthy.

Perhaps, but that tells me we are willing to settle for picks and prospects vs. proven NHL talent. Yes we may lose Risto in a year regardless, but I'd rather see some proven talent coming back to us as well, which may mean we have to protect that incoming talent as well. Tough call!

I haven't had much hate for the Sens since the Chris Neil era. I can stomach the B's and the Pen's success against Buffalo, but I will never lose my hate for the Leafs.

IMHO - if I can only listen (vs. watch) a game, with Rick I can easily picture the play in my mind just based on his words. I'm sorry that I can't say the same with Dan D. I'm sure he's a good guy, but without a television, I cannot follow the play at all listening to him.

I'd like to see this team address the goaltending concern before I would call them "good". They've moved from bad to "fair" and improving no doubt.

We are thin on the LHD side...McCabe provides some intangibles plus what happens if Dahlin, Bryson or even Samuelsson gets hurt? I really don't want to see Irwin on the future roster.

Perhaps, but I look at the what they've done in the last year across their entire organization. Sure, they spent a wad to hire Ralph, but that was in another time. Look at what they've done in terms of downsizing their organization in terms of scouting, minor hockey coaching, and even GMKA himself as a cheap hire. IMHO - they have cut costs and put the future success of the organization at risk. Regardless of whether he deserves it or not, I gotta think the Pegulas will strongly consider him for $ reasons. He'll be cheaper than a seasoned established HC and since he still has to pay Ralph another year, they'll be happy to justify Donny as the next HC going forward.

I gotta think that Risto enjoys playing with another "banger" next to him....hell, if Mattias becomes a regular partner, Risto might come back. I still remember him playing with Zadorov in his younger days and I really liked it!

It may not be a great thing...but a soft goal against when it doesn't matter is easy to shrug off when you win.
