So multiple Florida players go after our new guy after the whistle. Only TNT responds….where is the rest of the “pack” mentality that GMKA talks about? This is not a team….they don’t care about each other. I’d hate to be in a bunker with these guys…they’d be like George Costanza rushing to be first out of the burning building.

History dictates that ex-Sabres do better when they leave, so that is concerning. However, I listened to a lot of outsider pundits who seem to think Cozens is a good center and a fighter….which he hasn’t shown all season.

I wanted him gone and I got my wish. That being said, he will do much better in Ottawa with the change of scenery and talent they have.

I might offer an alternative take…..my answer: Get through the day without making Terry Pegula upset, mad, nervous or uncomfortable in any way and who cares about the fan base. 😁

If they get a 1st for him, might this help the trade value of Jokiharju?

If true, I wish it was possible for the league to intervene and force Pegula to do something more substantive, whether new management or SELL.

My money is on the latter….GMKA may want him here, but JJP doesn’t….so Adams only wants guys who want to be in Buffalo.
