  1. Those wacky Brits. There is a better chance of PA and DeLuca endorsing Lindy and Darcy than any of the above happening. Whoever wins, the divide only grows deeper and wider.
  2. Oh I still follow them, I'm just numb.
  3. At this point if you aren't totally numb to the Bills then you are a more dedicated fan than I can ever hope to be.
  4. Yep. Who gets my vote? The guy who has already shown that he is a bad president or the guy who will take six months to prove the same? No thanks, it's none of the above for me.
  5. George Bush hates black people. It's ALL nonsense.
  6. My neighbor borrowed my chainsaw a few weeks ago, I realized last weekend that I needed it and I had to track him down to get it back. I took it home and it's not working and leaking fuel. This is a guy who you never hear from unless he needs your help or wants to borrow tools. F'n neighbors. :censored:
  7. It seemed like we had a lot more kids who are past the trick or treating age last night. We had a whole pack show up around 8:30 when I was just sitting out with my wife and neighbors having a beer. Not one was wearing a costume. I didn't want to give them any candy but my wife told me to be nice to avoid potential reprisals. Maybe it's just me, but isn't the 14-16 age range way too old to be trick or treating?
  8. I agree, watching these guys play live is amazing. I credit my brother in law with curing me from seeing a need to try to improve my game and in turn saving me a lot of money over the years. I've played a few rounds with him, and what I'm doing out there can't really be called golf anyway. As far as the events, I went to the Masters two years ago and I was shocked at what a booze fueled event that is. When you get to the tucked away concession areas and men's rooms people are hooting and hollering like at a football game. I also went to the 2000(?) PGA championship where Tiger beat Bob May in a playoff. The 2014 men's and women's US open is at Pinehurst which is about 45 minutes from my house, and I'm hoping to go to some of that.
  9. Exactly. I don't things go too well for Christie if he starts to slam Obama and politicize this weather situation With the lack of any evidence to back up that assertion, yes it would.
  10. Yes it is. He has toiled on the Canadian and Nationwide / web.com tours for close to a decade, and he's persevered so he deserves his shot at the big time. He's played in a few PGA events over the years (one US Open and a few Canadian opens) but he'll get to play a bunch this year.
  11. I just added a link above from The Hockey News.
  12. My brother in law secured his 2013 PGA tour card this past weekend. Awesome. edit...to make it hockey related. Yeah, he's the enemy. :P http://www.thehockeynews.com/articles/48756-Senators-announce-partnership-with-Ottawa-native-and-PGA-Tour-player-Fritsch.html#
  13. I'm still pissed that I'm missing this tour. From the Buffalo News review: http://buffalonews.c.../121029247/1031
  14. He's got balls the size of cue balls I tell ya.
  15. This. The only thing worse than a partisan blowhard is one who tries to be funny and isn't.
  16. Well enjoy. Like in the video I linked above, you'll be one of the seven females at the Rush show tonight.
  17. Nope I don't. I assumed he carved it or asked someone to.
  18. That will be largely the same tonight, they have been doing some slight change outs like Bravado for The Pass, The Body Electric for Grand Designs and Manhattan Project for Dreamline on some nights. Is this your first Rush show?
  19. :w00t: One thing is for sure after all of this, if I ever see Brett Hull in person I'm definitely going to give him a "no goal" and gauge his reaction.
  20. I guess it's my inner entrepreneur wanting to know how my brewing skills stack up against the pros. I've been close on some clones in the past, but never spot on so you always get a unique beer anyway. My friend does a lot of cider, wine and mead in addition to beer, and it usually turns out quite tasty.
  21. Good question and I don't know the answer. I'm assuming that he actually carved it or asked someone carve it for him which is mainly why I think he's a dick. But if it turns out that he's just passing it along, then maybe you guys are right after all.
  22. Nice. Good deal there. It seems like they are charging a premium these days for the smart TV's with 3D, features that I have absolutely no use for. I just got word that my new man cave TV is waiting at my friends house as I type. He works for Panasonic so he got me a 50" plasma at his discount rate. <$600.
  23. Yes, F you for still being a dick about it now, 14 years later. Said in no different a tone than I would say to my friends when they rib me about something I've done. It's not like I'm sent into a frothing at the mouth rage by Brett Hull or anything he does. It is all fun, but he's still a dick. In fact I've always thought he was kind of a dick even before no goal so that certainly doesn't help either.
  24. I had to do a switch when I got there. My intention was to attempt a clone of Victory Headwaters pale ale, but they didn't have the hops (Citra) that were required. I guess I shouldn't have been too surprised by that. So instead I pulled out my phone and looked for a Sierra Nevada Tumbler clone recipe as I've been truly enjoying that beer as of late. I was surprised to learn that SN puts a bit of smoked malt in that beer, but I don't get any out of it when tasting it. I'm also going to try the Wyeast 1450 for this one as it's supposed to attenuate well and still accentuate the malt character of brown ales.
