I've read some rumors that Google will be releasing an LTE version of the Nexus 4 soon.

I have Verizon for myself and my wife and pay ~ $150 / month, but I've recently been researching other options when my contract is up. Bio, that complaint sounds all too familiar. it sounds like you are the victim of a stacked ranking system at your place of employment, a horrible system that usually results in exactly what you are feeling now, demotivation. I learned long ago that HR is really not there to serve the concerns of individual employees, but rather to protect the companies interests at all costs.
