Best of luck to you. My wife is a pediatric NP and she loves it, and before going back to school she was an RN at ECMC. When the new residents started each year, she and the other nurses always made life difficult for the arrogant prick residents who thought their ###### didn't stink. The nice ones they would go out of their way to help.

I've smoked on a weber bullet type smoker for years, but got a big green egg last year. I'd suggest trying some chicken wings, my neighbors and friends rave about the smoked wings I make on the egg. I typically use a milder smoke wood like apple or cherry, then I toss them in a traditional Buffalo sauce when done. Awesome. I've also done a lot of ribs and pork shoulders. Salmon as well every once in awhile. One of my favorite fall meals is a "smoked" chili in my cast iron dutch oven right on the egg.

It seems as though I've seen this movie before, like perhaps 14 times in a row now.

It's becoming more and more questionable. I'm not a fan of the Coyotes logo, but it's not a stretch for it to be in the top 10. Top 3? NFW The biggest injustices so far are the Anaheim and Dallas in the top 10 and Montreal way down at 13 IMO. I want to see the individual contributors rankings when this is all done so we can know who is completely off their rocker.

I remember going here all the time as a kid, but I think many WNYers haven't heard of it. Some of you are way over thinking this. Yes, it's a stupid internet fad, but it has also worked to raise a lot of money for a worthy cause. Most people will not care or remember if you are nominated and choose not to participate and/or donate. If anyone does call you out beyond that in a serious way, then that person is a douche, and I submit that everyone should follow a strict ZFG policy when it comes to people exhibiting extreme douchebaggery.

I agree on the Coyotes logo being weak, but can't find much fault with the other logos being ranked ahead of the Sabres. They did call out the slug by stating that it certainly would have given the Canes a run for their money for 30th place. I'd also like to see them list all seven panelists individual rankings when it's all over to shed some light on some of the big outliers like Dallas and Anaheim.
