I like Graham's idea to purge the football office. Whaley and Brandon have had more than enough time to expose their shortcomings re: personnel decisions. I'm not a Rex fan, but we've shuffled through coaches for years and any coach looks much better when they have talent to work with. Change needs to happen from the top down.
I've seen most of those you mentioned live at one time or another. Probably the best live comedy I've seen of late is TJ Miller (he is all over TV and movies these days). The way he works the room in his comedy act is genius.
Our Director of Pro Personnel was an unpaid media relations intern 15 years ago and now is in charge of pro personnel decisions. He might be really smart and is probably a great guy, but he never played college or pro football and would seem to not have the credentials for the position. IMHO, that's the kind of move the Bills have been making for years. ...the organization needs a new philosophy.
IMHO, we need to poach some guys from successful organizations to change the culture of this miserable franchise. The Bills almost always promote from within for staff openings. And, the cycle of sucking just continues...
