Why am I watching this game? Massochism?

Pulisic is absolutely right IMHO. If we want a world class national team, our player pool has to come from the best leagues in the world. I want to see the best young American players in MLS (like Tyler Adams and Kellyn Acosta) head over to Europe to compete against the best. Fortunately, I think we have more young talent in Europe right now then we've had in our history. We should have a much more dangerous team in the next World Cup cycle.

When you have good players they actually score goals. Amazing how that works.

The former radio announcer (Bill Roth) for my college team Virginia Tech just snapped one night - 1990 or so - and went off on the football team's defensive system after a particular bad loss. It was fantastic to listen to. He just blew a gasket on air.

I'm tired of hearing the telecasters act all cheery and positive about this abortion of a team.

Our defensemen 1-6 are pretty much all worthless in the offensive zone.

We only have a few guys on the entire roster who I'd consider "good" offensive players. He is one of them. I'd keep him.

Might have been worth a challenge there... but I think the defender knocked him into Lehner.

I haven't watched or kept up with hockey news in a while (out of the country)... who the hell is Criscuolo? On paper our team is awful. No wonder we suck. B-) There was a crash back in the day, which reset everyone's join date to 2006 I think.... so I'm not sure when I first joined this site. Either way, it took me a long time to get to 10,000 posts. I'm certain the majority of my posts appear in game day threads over the years. I've always had fun watching games and posting / following along on this forum. The real-time exchanges are entertaining IMHO.
