That's exactly how it was in DC after 911. I worked 3 blocks from the White House at the time and can't tell you how many times I was stopped, asked for ID, sniffed by bomb-sniffing dogs, etc. Military and police all over the city for about a month after 911. Sounds very similar to what is happening in Boston with everyone on edge.

Heck of a comeback win by the Blue Jackets. They gave up a late power play goal to Colorado and looked dead. But, they scored late in regulation then again late in the 5 minute OT period. Jackets are still hanging around...

Almost the entire Top-6 is hurt for the Preds (and Erat got traded). Without Wilson, Fischer, Hornqvist, Erat, and Bourque, the Preds can't put the puck in the net. So they might not win again this year, but have some good players coming back from injury next year. Two promising rookies for Nashville: Filip Forsberg (who everyone knows about), and also a kid named Taylor Beck at wing looks like a future star. He can really play.

... and Hecht is a +5 to Stafford's team worst -16.

Not to pile on an injured guy, but I actually think it helps not having Myers back there. He is such a turnover machine and the kids replacing him are just playing smart, simple hockey and limiting the mistakes.

Wow, 10 goals allowed in his last 7 starts for Jhonas. That kid doesn't suck.
