Rudy plays a solid game, but is pretty small for an NHL defenseman (5'10 180 or so). With monsters like Zadorov and Risto in the lineup (in a few years) I wouldn't mind a smaller guy like Rudy in there too.

He is our best all-around defenseman and is top-30 in the league in ice time. He is bound to screw up every once in a while, but we don't have anyone better than him on the back end right now (for better or worse).

What is up with our total lack of passing these past couple of games? Our outlet passes aren't even close!

I'd move Myers in a second for the right return. The one position where we have organizational depth is defense.

Tank Commander Leino is certainly doing his part to lead the tank in this one...

I actually think the NBC assessment of that goal was spot on. Myers made a horrible pass that took us out of the Pens zone. Leino fielded the pass then for no apparent reason skated it backward into our zone. He gave it to Tallinder in not a great spot and Hank biffed the pass out of the zone. Slew of errors.

Aside from Miller, I'd say The Hoff is our best all-around player. Plus he has a very favorable cap hit. No way he should be bought out, Keith!
