    It is ###### amazing that Ville hasn't scored one goal this year. You'd think he'd at least get a lucky bounce off a skate, an empty netter, a butt goal, or SOMETHING! How can you put a guy on your top line who hasn't scored a goal through 42 games played?!

    IMHO, our big problem next year might be goaltending. The tandem of Enroth/Neuvirth doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

    ...also, counting Carrier (2nd rounder last year), we had 6 1st/2nd round picks last year. We're adding a ton of guys to the system... hopefully some will turn into stars. I've posted this elsewhere, but Murry isn't fumbling around like Darcy with a minor trade here-and-there. He is radically altering the team and its propsects. That is something we haven't seen around here since the Muckler days.

    On paper, our team is complete and utter garbage... but somehow Teddy will find a way to make them surprisingly competitive.

    For being a "susperstar" he never made the Sabres a significantly better team. The best we could do was scratch and claw for 8th place every year. And, he hasn't/didn't make a ton of difference for the Isles. Those 4 first rounders from the Oilers would have done a lot more to rebuild this team that a (very talented) forward who doesn't put in a consistent effort every shift.
