    This is like watching two bad heavyweights hug each other in the middle of the ring. ...if our offense can only score 3 points then we deserve to lose.

    Seriously. The play calling is infuriating. We had several plays from inside the 5 and we're throwing or doing QB draws. Line up and smash the ball up the middle a couple of times.

    At least at this point, I don't think Housley is a bad coach and I don't think there is any problem with his system. I think the main issue is just a general lack of talent. We just don't have good enough players. IMHO, there is no coach in the history of the game who could consistently win with this roster. As for whether I'd trade Lehner for six seals.... I think I gotta have a few sea lions in the deal to make that trade.

    Once they tied it up at 38, they seemed to get super conservative. It cost them.

    Oklahoma has gotten Bills-like on their past few possessions (really conservative). If you have the best QB in college football, I don't understand why you don't use him.

    I've always thought Mayfield has a lot of Drew Brees in him with his accuracy and the way he processes the game. Manziel was never particularly accurate and threw a lot of 50/50 deep balls at A&M that his tall receivers would come down with. Mayfield doesn't usually take those sorts of risks with the ball (although he did throw a bad pick today). ...is this game any good? Woah.

    Yeah, their offensive line is as good as it gets. That gives Mayfield time to do his thing. And, they've opened up some big holes in the running game.

    So 3 touchdowns and a field goal on their first 4 possessions for Oklahoma? ...Yet, it still looks like this game might be decided in the 4th quarter.

    He is insanely good. Accuracy, touch, and decision making. Led college football in passer rating two years in a row and was 4th as a sophomore.

    I watched the game yesterday with the New Orleans Bills Backers. Probably 80 people packed into a room watching on the big screen. So much fun. Was a crazy scene when the Bengals scored on 4th and 13. The videos on Facebook are awesome (https://www.facebook.com/groups/136106273155570/). It was a scene I'll never forget!

    I think this team has looked much better the past couple of weeks. Getting a point here after going down 2-0 is a solid outcome.

    Obviously their NHL futures remain to be seen, but Jack absolutely dominated his one year of college hockey leading all scorers with 71 points in 40 games and winning the Hobey Baker as a freshman. Casey isn't even at a point per game at Minnesota. Kid is a great prospect, but at this point I don't see Casey being a better prospect than Jack. But, who knows...
