    This is correct. Consumption has to do with use, not necessarily purchase. And, it need not necessarily be a choice to consume (e.g. second-hand smoke). I know a little bit about the topic of discussion... for once... ;)

    I think that's a pretty fair assessment of Weber's game. He is all "safe play" all the time. He almost never starts the break from his own end, which in part is why he rarely has + games (in terms of +/-). We probably need his toughness right now... but he becomes expendable when guys like Zadorov and Risto are ready for full-time roles.

    The Hoff has played almost 400 minutes more than any other Sabres player. That he is on the ice for a lot of goals both for (56% of all of our goals scored this year Hoff was on the ice) and against (96 goals against) isn't surprising since he is always on the ice.

    If you can't see the kid's obvious talent then I don't know what to tell you. St. Louis is the best team in the league and the kid was playing top pair minutes at age 19 against the Blues' top (scoring) line players.

    Risto looks like a full time NHLer to me. I'm not seeing any reason why he should be back with Rochester next year.

    They'll be here in Nashville not long after that. But, we have so many tornado warnings (as do you) that you start to get used to them after a while.

    We're not losing yet! Amazing how few guys on our team were here at the start of last season. Certainly fewer than half of our guys.

    Rudy does a lot of things very well... he's just a little too small for my liking (can get overpowered in the corners and in front of the net). But, he doesn't look out of place at the NHL level to me.

    Glad we got him signed. I think McCabe is the reason that McNabb was expendable at the deadline. Between McCabe, Risto, Zad, Rudy, and Pysyk we've got a lot of potential NHLers coming up through the system. Get that kid a Jofa!
