Bryzgalov just gave up a hellasoftie of a goal.

My biggest problem with Cyrus is he wasn't that good this year. He got owned by James Gayle (Virginia Tech) in the opener and was awful in the bowl game against Oklahoma. And, his combine was terrible. But, maybe there are issues behind all that (injuries)?

Kounadjio is hard to spell.
-
They got a good player, but giving up a 1st and a 4th to move up 5 spots is one hell of a gamble.

I went with someone local and it was a mistake. The market in Nashville is so hot that everyone and their brother are building urban infill homes. The problem is they know something about building homes, but know little about running a business. Warranty issues for the most part involve finding a lawyer and suing them... 'cus when you close, they're gone. Many of my neighbors have had this problem. In short, always go with a big national company if you can because they're set up to handle customer service and warranty issues post-sale where as the local guys may or may not be.

NEVER buy a new build home from a builder of unknown reputation. Trust me on this one. There is an adage "you buy the builder, not the home." I've learned the hard way how true that is. If you're ever in the market for a new build home, pick a big, reputable builder with a national reputation. Otherwise, hire a good lawyer and prepare for a long, drawn out fight.

Rangers don't look like they have much fight in 'em.
-
Rangers only have 11 shots on net midway through the 3rd period? That's Sabres-like.
-
Got a Buffalo Sabres pub table for my new home. It makes me happy.

Yeah, I figure Mack is huge and fast (and productive), so he must fit in somewhere.

Every year it seems we switch from a 3-4 to a 4-3 or from a 4-3 to a 3-4... I've pretty much given up on trying to figure out which guys fit in which system. But, if someone in the know thinks we need a better LB, Mack is at the top of the food chain. I'd be happy with him as the pick. Plus, he already knows his way around Wegmans.

I don't go there much these days. Too many mouth breathers.

I think if we trade up it is for Clowney. And, I wouldn't mind that depending on what we have to give up. The team has been awful for so long, we might as do something bold. IMHO, trading up for a WR in one of the deepest receiver classes ever doesn't make much sense.

I could be wrong, but I think JP coaches at various levels of the Junior Preds program. I think he is mostly 11-12 year olds but probably helps out where he can. I live in Germantown/Salemtown by the way.

Habs win! That arena is jumping.
-
Moen just destroyed Iginla.
-
So close for Vanek. Off the pipe. That would've been huge. Argh... now 3-2 with over 2 minutes left...
-
Bruins are a dirty ###### team. ...and their fans are racist. Go Habs! Close this one out.

That the Preds were going to hire Laviolette was the worst kept secret in town. He and Poille have the USA Hockey connection and there was really only one candidate.

Nashville, eh? (My screen name was COSabre back in 2011)

Sounds like a good fit for Darcy. I hated him as our GM, but am glad to see him (potentially) land somewhere else.

I agree. Assuming Bennett and Ekblad are gone in the first two picks, Edmonton will take Draisaitl at #3. The Edmonton press have been loving on Draisaitl for a while now. He has size and physicality that Reinhart doesn't have.

There is not a hole to shoot at from that angle if you cover the angle properly. Bryz was deep in his net and dropped his paddle to the ice for some reason (must have assumed it'd be a low shot). Better goalies would play that much differently. http://www.cbssports.com/nhl/eye-on-hockey/24549395/video-patrick-kane-scores-ridiculous-backhand-goal

There is a fine line between a great play on one end and weak goaltending on the other. Great shot by Kane, but a better goaltender wouldn't have left that much net exposed on a bad angle.

Yeah! Even though I hate PK... great shot. Price pretty much stole that game. Still, the Habs did manage to put 4 past Rask.
