To bring it back to a discussion of tonight's game, and to say something positive about our team (rare as it may be), I thought Risto played a much better game tonight than the past few games.

I just watched Edmonton get shut out by Ryan Miller and the 'nucks. But, how can Edmonton get shut out with back-to-back-to-back #1 overall picks leading up their offense? Tanking guarantees future success I am told.

I was thinking Ott instead of Gionta would have been the right move. We can't score either way, so at least have a guy like Ott who raises hell on the ice and generally riles up his team. But, I have a feeling Ott was happy to stay with a winning team.
