    Stewart is playing poorly, but there are far more buyers than sellers at this point. Someone will overpay for him hopefully. If not, Tim waits until the deadline.

    Murray gets huge respect from me for essentially loaning MattyMo and CodyMac to Minnesota for a few dozen games for a big return and then resigning them as UFAs. He could potentially do the same with Stewart if he really likes him. The possibilities are endless when you don't have "do nothing Darcy" as GM. :)

    Stewart is all over the trade rumors as of late. That may very well be why he is scratched. As a pending UFA we really don't have any reason to keep him around much longer.

    ...but this applies to any player in the league. Surround them with great players and their number improve. But, only a select few put up good numbers regardless of whom they are on the ice with. Those are the "difference makers" that we need to find IMHO. I conjecture that Hodgson is a "Darcy guy" with a contract that Murray wouldn't mind shedding if he can. That is my thought on Myers as well. Time will tell...

    Excellent. The Pepsi Center is a very fun arena to watch a game in. I'll be watching that one on TV. BTW - both Goose and Roy were scratched yesterday (against Chicago)... not sure what the story is.

    Of course we're not getting a QB in the first round of the 2015 draft... because we traded the pick to Cleveland. :D Maybe we can get Dak Prescott in the second and go to the wishbone offense. Seriously though, we know Pegula isn't afraid to throw some $$$ around, so maybe we'll make a splashy GM and/or coach hire in the future?

    Would you trade Watkins for a high-end first round pick AND Mike Evans or Odell Beckett? That's the trade we made. We'd have an elite receiver either way PLUS a first round pick.

    As much as it pains me to say it, I think the Patriots are the best team in the NFL. They lost a close one at Green Bay, but the Packers are almost unbeatable at home... yet rather pedestrian on the road. The Pats are good wherever they play. And, why the hell did we mortgage the future to get Watkins and he is barely a part of the offense?
