Bogosian is a +3 through 7 games, averaging over 27 minutes per game. All else aside, the Sabres might be a better team with him instead of Myers.

So, although I was as anti-Myers as anyone on this board, my "go to" jersey for attending games was a Myers jersey. After he was traded I figured I needed a new one. So, today I got brand new #51 Zadorov jersey! (I hope that doesn't mean he is next to be traded)

I agree. There is no reason why we can't win without McJesus and no reason why we will automatically win with him. If the "unthinkable" happens and the Sabres win a few games down the stretch then we still have the draft lottery (McDavid) and worst-case scenario we end up with one of the better defense prospects in years (Hanifin). And, guys like Strome and Marner might have gone ahead of Reinhart were they in last year's draft. No matter what happens we will have back-to-back top-5 picks, a stocked system, and a ton of cash to spend. My theory on winning differs from that of most on this forum. I think scoring gets you to the playoffs, but defense and goaltending wins you the Cup. So I personally don't hate the idea of Hanifin should the "unthinkable" happen.

The Preds are up to 89 points on the year and have only lost 3 times at home in regulation. What a difference a year makes. I'm looking forward to seeing some playoff hockey this spring.

Miller is out 4-6 weeks in Vancouver. There is a market.

Dallas just did. Enroth isn't the starter down there.

Neuvirth has played himself into a mid-round pick at the trade deadline. And, Stewart scored, which sure doesn't hurt his trade value. Murray will move them then sign them back in July.

We almost never score empty netters... but I think that's because we almost never have the lead at the end of games. ;)

If we can find someone to take Balls and/or The Mess that'd be great. Pysyk should get that spot. I think Mitchell and Stewart will both get traded at the deadline. That opens up room for Grigs and Larsson.
