Doesn't matter. The Bills will triumph because of...

The Bills will win. Because, Tyrod is the man. You'll see. :flirt:

Saw this on TBD: https://twitter.com/JoeFinley716/status/643184357658755076 Awesome.

Tyrod Taylor is a ten-foot tall beast man who showers in vodka and feeds his baby shrimp scampi.
-
Who cares about EJ... this is Tyrod's team now!
-
As a Virginia Tech alum, that Tyrod will be the starter doesn't surprise me one bit. Tyrod and Mike Vick were the best QBs I ever watched at Tech, and Vick had a much better supporting cast to work with. I was in the stands at LSU when they pulled the redshirt off of Tyrod and from snap #1 of his college career you could see he had the "it" factor that many QBs lack. Winningest QB in school history and he always had a knack for making the big play at crucial times of the game. Playoffs or bust this season! (The VT chat boards are blowing up with Tyrod talk, of course)

Bold prediction: That kid #19 who returned punts yesterday and almost got decapitated in the third quarter doesn't make the team. :flirt:

UPDATED: Sabres sign 2 yr Deal w/Cody Franson
Iron Crotch replied to Brawndo's topic in The Aud Club
Late in the year a lot of guys are playing hurt, so it is possible that Franson's lack of mobility had something to do with injury... but he was giving way too much time and space to opposing forwards. I think Cody definitely fits a need for the Sabres as a power play guy. I'm not a huge Gorges fan. But, I'd give Gorges more 5-on-5 minutes than Franson. -

I saw every game he played with the Preds and he was awful in his own zone. I think he fits a need for a veteran who can play the point on the power play. But, he needs to be on the third pair IMHO. -
I've wasted so much time. I've wasted so much time.

Is there a 10 year walker or something? :)

EJ will look good in Jets green.

It depends a lot on the field. BTW - I know of at least 4 PhD's who regularly frequent this board

Saw Alice in Chains this weekend at the Ryman Auditorium (the real Grand 'Ol Opry). Was good, but not great. It felt like they were missing a little bit of the energy and edge that they used to have.

Christian Ehrhoff - nice work if you can get it

I blame Darcy. -
Just got my Bills - Titans tickets for the game here in Nashville on October 11th. There will be a section of several hundred Bills fans (coordinated by the Bills Backers club down here) with a massive tailgate planned. Should be a good time. If anyone wants to attend you can call Jessica at the Titans ticket office ASAP at 615-565-4264.

I've been a metal head for three decades. Slipknot is bigger with the kids than with the old-school metal heads, but they definitely put on a good live show.

Pegula is racist. He doesn't want any Blacks in his organization. Seriously though, what was the issue with Ted Black? Was there something he did or didn't do? Or is it all just blind speculation?

Thanks. When I found out my wife was cheating (from the wife of the guy she was cheating with), I filed for divorce and kicked her out of the house. In the grand scheme of things, it probably should have happened far sooner.
-
Divorce isn't much fun. And, is expensive. That is all. :(
-
Yeah, everything included. They also have a fan event across the street at the new Music City Center that runs all weekend. I think that is $15 per person. I can easily get tickets for that if anyone around here wants to attend. Just message me.

So I got my All-Star game ticket package offer from the Predators. 2 tickets to the weekend All-Star events in my normal seats... for the low, low price of $653.00. Ouch. For that price they should come with a free reach-around.

I agree as well. Oduya is a solid player who has played big minutes in key situations over the past few years. But, he isn't the sort of player other teams game plan around and he is on the downside of his career. I think the push to sign him is very much about avoiding having to dress three young defensemen (McCabe, Pysyk, Risto). He can eat some minutes for a couple of years as those guys gain experience (and hopefully help the Sabres win a few games in the process).
