I hate to tell you this but minorities are smart people and they don't need white people with savior complexes coming to their rescue. It is insulting to minorities. A country that spent 5 trillion on wars during Bush and Obama and $42 billion on high speed internet without connecting anyone, can't find more money to open more polling sites and hire people to count votes on election day. 🤣 Korea has a population of 52M and they count all the paper ballots on election day. In football your first round pick is usually 22-23 years old and ready to play. In hockey your top picks are usually kids who get on the ice with men. I am not saying the team didn't make terrible GM and coaching decisions in the past, but I think Adams has put a good team together and finally got the right coach. This team plays with pace and toughness. It lacks consistency, but that will come sometime in the first half of the year.

No. There is nothing ridiculous about thinking this team is going to get really good in the second half of the season and get on a run in the playoffs. They are a relatively young team in a new system and have looked brilliant at times like yesterday's 2nd period. The consistency will come. This team is going to score a lot of goals and the defense is going to tighten up. I honestly think they have looked even better than I thought they would under the new system. This is a good hockey team.

The Dallas Stars and the defending Stanley Cup Champions are 1-2 vs the Buffalo Sabres this year. 1-2.

They are 3-1 in their last 4 games. They are tied in points for the last wild card spot. All that after having to travel to Europe, get 2 home games, and then have to travel on the road for 3 more road games. And 3 of their opening games were against the Stanley Cup Champions and the Dallas Stars. They are in great shape, and like I said they are 3-1 in their last 4 games and TIED for the last wild card spot after arguably one of the craziest opening 10 game schedules any team has ever had to play.

Quinn concerns me much more than Cozens. Cozens is actually playing pretty well but is a little snake bitten so far this season, but the tide will turn for him. Not sure what is going on with Quinn. Concerning.

I thought the Sabres played their best hockey in years last night during the 2nd period. They just have to put full games together. They are getting healthy too and if they win against the Islanders on Friday they get their 6 points out of 8 on the homestand and are sitting 5-5-1, which is a long way from the 0-3 start.

Great point. Dahlin is like Josh Allen. Brilliant at times but they make stupid plays at times. Like Josh, he will get more consistent. They are both in year 7 but Allen is a 28 year old and Dahlin is just 24 and he has been playing on teams with a lot less talent than Josh had. Dahlin finally has a coach too that will get on him.

Sabres will make the playoffs. AT TIMES, they play like a playoff team that can actually make a deep run in the playoffs. The team will get more consistent during the season. The 2nd period yesterday was the play of an elite hockey team.

Football is a lot easier to turn around. The draft gives you NFL ready players. Not an excuse for bad decision with the Sabres, but the BIlls were a much easier franchise to turn around. The Sabres are loaded for years and finally have the missing piece, the right coach.
