With the Blue Jackets getting blown out by the Capitals, a win tonight puts the Buffalo Sabres in the wild card spot.

Our goaltending is not crappy and we have Tage Thompson and Rasmus Dahlin. Like I said, a win tonight and we could be in a wild card spot.

They could be in a playoff spot in 8 hours from now. I am not too concerned.

Tell him not to worry. He will still get a ring when we win the Cup this year.

Dylan Cozens finally scored and if we win tonight we could be tied for a wild card spot. Go Sabres.

Know what? We have two goalies and we are playing a back to back. Levi wasn't the problem. BTW, Levi has been our goalie in 4 of our 11 games. That is plenty of work. He has played ok too. Not great, but ok.

You win on your home ice last night and you have won 4 of 5 and are .500 and tied for the wild card spot, even if it is only November.

Did he magically forget how to play hockey? In his last two seasons he has a combined 35 goals and 97 assists. He has been injured and he is playing in a new system. In the last four games he has 1 goal and 3 assists and we are 3-1.

People forget Aaron Rodgers missed an entire year with an Achilles. It is not shocking it took him half a season to round into form. Jets have a real shot to put together 6 or 7 wins in a row. I won't be shocked if they get a wild card spot.

You do realize he was hurt and missed 5 days of camp and then had a non-contact jersey on. If you miss 5 days of camp in the NHL you are dealing with a real injury. His numbers might not be elite right now, but they are a heck of a lot better than the other 3 players. Quinn and Cozens have unfortunately been not producing at all.

Are we really throwing Dahlin in with those 3 guys. He was injured and still has a goal and 5 assists and is +2 on the year. He has made some bad defensive plays, but we are getting solid, although not ideal production from him. Jack Quinn is a little troubling but maybe he gets it going this month. Odd start to an NHL season for the Sabres.

Aaron Rodgers just beat a team we couldn't beat. Threw for 3TD's. Looks like my take is a lot more credible now. 😀 Rodgers probably won't beat the Bills on December 29, but I won't be shocked if they are on a 7 game winning streak when they get to Orchard Park. Dangerous team if we are fighting for the #1 seed and they are fighting for their playoff life.

I am not longing thinking Wild Card. I think we have a real shot at 1 of the top spots in the Atlantic. I think the Sabres will finish with more points than Toronto.

We win and we are 4-1 in our last 5 games. Too early to say this is a must win game, but definitely the type of game that can set the tone for the month of November. 14 games this month. If we grab 20 of the 28 points that will be a great month.

How do these millions without private transportation normally get around? Once a year, or every two years, or every 4 years they can use public transportation. I am all for voting online, BUT it would have to be a felony with serious jailtime if you vote for someone else that is on a voter roll. And the voter rolls need to be cleaned up every year, which we know will never happen in certain cities in America.

Closing the season with Pats-Jets-Pats looks pretty good right now.

Yep. I am for making Sat/Sun/Mon/Tues the days you can vote, and for Election Day being a National Holiday. Voting is some of these states is corrupt 3rd world levels.

It is a little different with goalies. UPL wasn't drafted by Adams but Adams clearly sees him as #1. Levi is a solid goalie, but hard to believe he sees a 22 year old as the #1 goalie. Maybe in 2028/29 when UPL contract is up.

Josh Allen loves Dawson Knox. I suspect he is going nowhere. I wouldn't judge his season just yet. He may wind up being the star of a game against the Chiefs or Lions. He has his moments.

Obsolete voting systems. 🤣 We should follow them because their system works. Their health care also works better than US healthcare. Not arguing with you there. They don't have their insurance companies writing the "Affordable Care Act" and getting puppet politicians selling it for them.
