    Yep, panic. Not just a skill, ability, coaching, management issue...but a psychological problem. Mentally weak. No confidence. Beat down. No veteran leadership to pull these youngsters up. Very alarming.

    Ask Darcy Regier how that works out. Better and quicker way is move this crap show and start new franchise ...look at Vegas, Seattle and Utah. All far better off...and right from their first season thanks to NHL expansion procedure.

    Yep. Be honest, couldn't you just feel the Penguins mojo ramp up when they pulled their goalie down ONLY a goal to the Sabres the other night? They KNEW (everybody could feel it-be honest- INCLUDING the core Sabres) that a choking was about to happen. Soft to the core.
