It's too late. Everyone has been blaming coaching that is the one spot that has not changed. They will come back to being themselves soon enough.

I cannot wait to see who we draft so we can coach them up and ship them off to a playoff contender.

Exactly get another prospect to coach up before also selling them off to another NHL Team. Need to keep the appearance up of being the NHLs farm team.

How is it encouraging that you need to make up scenarios to pretend like they "could" be in a better position "if" they did this or that... they aren't doing it and haven't been doing it.
