It's hard for me to give ANY credence to the various BS regarding the Bills draft plans. I bet Beane has a good chuckle at all the kettle heads in the media trying to tell their readers what they "know", which is nothing. Mock drafts are the worst. No harm but I pay them no mind. I have zero idea how he sees the roster right now but I have an idea about the D. Frazier is gone because they wish to scheme differently. They basically brought back the entire D, minus one LB who was vastly overpaid by Chicago. Still, both Safties have been outstanding in their service to us but father time and injuries are catching up with both. That looks like a big need, even with the signing of the Safety from the Rams. They will get another LB but drafted 2 last year. Dodson back as depth. Guys already here are not forgotten by the team..just the fans. OL is never a bad idea. Lots of talk about another WR. They just signed 2. Harty with his blazing speed takes McKenzies slot and Sherfield is actually pretty good. Shakir was just drafted. Diggs and Davis still here. We need a WR this year ? Why ? Sounds more like next year when Davis has his contract expire. We'll see. To read the biased press, we have no WR's beyond Diggs. Yeah...OK. Our biggest need is better playcalling from the coordinators. The HC is now calling the D. Dorsey seemed way too pass happy last year and too depndent on Alllen to do everything, including run. Need far more from the RB's. That includes catching the ball.

B- on the season. One game short. Very encouraged with the ability to leave the basement dwellers club behind and get into the playoff mix. Had to rally just to reach 75 points last season. Much better this year. Sabres have players that can actually score. Seemed like yesterday they were lucky to have 1 or 2 20 goal scorers. Still have A LOT to work on. 1. Winning at home . Feel bad for the season ticket holders. 2. Playing D as a team. The sheer amount of opposing breaks. Too much floating and watching. 3. Goaltending - finding 2 that can play consistently. May have found 1 in Levi. Better late than never. 4. Poise - clearing the puck in their own end. Long panic moments. 5. Finishing checks. Hits. Blocking shots. Less finesse. Getting intimidated.

Was making 6 Mil a year for 5 years. If he expects that again, it's a pass. Sabres have to give Tuch, Power and more new contracts soon.

Sabres were literally one game short of the playoffs. IF..if..if...they would have won that Florida game last week instead of losing 2-1, they would have needed 1 point tonight for a playoff spot. lots of bad luck that night...ugh... That home record still killed them..it is what it is but they have to work on home succrss...that's on them... Still..one game..

I worked with IT nerds in a manufacturing plant. So I experienced no middle ground. Sitting in an office with the sports clueless , then going out on the floor to hear athletes or teams either Suck or are Great. Insight of a slug. Allowed me to focus on my work with ease.

Jiri Kulich, Isak Rosen and other prospects of the Buffalo Sabres will experience postseason hockey in Rochester this spring. The Amerks officially qualified for the American Hockey League’s Calder Cup Playoffs and sit second in the North Division after winning both of their games over the weekend. They’re 7-0-3 in their last 10 and hold a one-point lead over third-place Syracuse with three games to go, beginning Friday night in Rochester against Belleville. This will be the Amerks' second consecutive playoff appearance under coach Seth Appert, who has led the club to combined record of 83-69-22 during his three seasons, the first of which didn't include a postseason because of the Covid-19 pandemic. The scenario in Rochester is what Sabres General Manager Kevyn Adams and associate general manager Jason Karmanos envisioned when filling the Amerks’ roster with several young, drafted prospects such as Kulich, Rosen, Lukas Rousek, Filip Cederqvist, Tyson Kozak, Linus Weissbach, Aleksandr Kisakov and Brett Murray. The Amerks’ goaltending tandem has been solid this season since Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen joined the Sabres in November. Malcom Subban has a .916 save percentage in his last seven starts, and he has earned Rochester at least one standing point in each of his last nine appearances. Michael Houser has a .908 save percentage in 20 games, his most in the NHL since 2014-15. Brandon Biro, signed as an undrafted free agent out of Penn State, has been arguably the Amerks’ best all-around player with 16 goals and 51 points in 49 games. The 24-year-old did not receive a game in Buffalo because the Sabres’ forwards have been relatively healthy this season, and Biro was injured when Rousek was recalled to fill a spot in the lineup last month against Montreal because Tage Thompson was unable to play through an upper-body injury. Of the prospects, Kulich is closest to helping the Sabres in a prominent role. Drafted 27th overall by Buffalo last summer, the Czech forward has 23 goals and 45 points in 60 games. Kulich, 18, has the size, strength, shot and offensive instincts to play in the NHL, but he’ll need to show management that he’s reliable enough defensively to make the jump next season. Rosen, whom the Sabres drafted with the 2021 first-round pick acquired for Rasmus Ristolainen, has 14 goals and 35 points in 61 games as a rookie with the Amerks. He’s a tremendous skater with high-end offensive instincts but needs to gain strength and learn how to play on the perimeter less often. Biro, Rousek, Murray and Weissbach could be depth options for the Sabres next season, while Kisakov, Cederqvist and Kozak will need more time to continue to develop their games in the AHL. Rochester finishes the regular season with a three-in-three this weekend with home games against Belleville and Cleveland before hitting the road to play the latter Sunday at 3 p.m.

Until he signs, I could care less. I have 3 games in the real world to watch.

It's a big improvement. Last season, they were eliminated by Thanksgiving. Then came those last 6 weeks where they climbed out of the basement and looked like an NHL team that could compete. Now to put in the work to get over the hump next season and make the playoffs. Still bullish.

Boosh did not have a good week. Lots of turnovers and not of the apple variety. Still think D-men is our top off-season upgrade. FA and draft.
