  1. So no cap dumps and no salary retention for a broken Jack? You have no idea how bad the return is going to be.
  2. If, and that’s a big IF, Vegas is willing to part with Krebs, I wouldn’t mess around too much if I were KA. I’d settle for Krebs, Tuch(missing at least 1/2 of 21-22 season), Smith(cap dump/rental) and a 2nd round pick and call it a day.
  3. Nice job Botts. Bozo kept Glotov around for another year and cut Hagel loose. https://www.secondcityhockey.com/2021/8/6/22612234/chicago-blackhawks-sign-brandon-hagel-to-3-year-4-5-million-contract-extension-salary-cap
  4. UPL is 22 and has played a whopping 25 games at the AHL level, winning only 11 of them. Anyone in the organization who thinks he is ready for the NHL is delusional (including Terry)...no matter what he does in training camp and the preseason.
  5. Look at the current set of organization goaltenders, and only one word comes to mind for the 21-22 season...TANK. If the plan was to sign Ullmark, then I refuse to believe this is Plan B.
  6. I think he is playing college hockey starting this fall.
  7. Just a wild unsubstantiated guess, but I think if Krebs was offered up, no matter who else was packaged with him, the trade would have already been made.
  8. Considering there is nothing going on for the next month until training camp begins, it will be a steady dose of Jack, Jack and more Jack....unless KA has some more $750k signings to announce.
  9. He will be a Sabres asst coach before you know it. One quick stop at the kiddie hockey academy, and then NHL here I am. 😊
  10. Welcome back. There is much more to this board than being a wannabe prospect know-it-all. In fact, IMO, your contributions are much more enjoyable. 😉
  11. What about his comrades...I mean fellow 2021 Sabres draftees?
  12. Based on what has been reported over the last few months it isn’t going to happen, but I was hoping for a downtown domed stadium. Instead, it appears to be an open air stadium in OP(based on speculated costs). I just hope they don’t overdo the number of $$$$ suites and club seats, that after the fact, they realize they can’t sell them at initial pricing levels.
  13. PSE fires back... https://buffalonews.com/news/state-and-regional/as-talks-simmer-for-a-new-bills-stadium-some-of-the-basics-already-are-in/article_bf9f835a-f30a-11eb-b386-2375ef441e55.html
  14. I don’t see it. IMO...with a new stadium, they are going nowhere for at least 25 years...if not more.
  15. Bottom line...I’m still in favor of Erie County and NYS contributing as little as possible. F Terry. You want a new stadium, you fund the majority of it.
  16. What about when Southern Ontario and Rochester are factored in?
  17. Why would they want to move the Bills instead of say...the Bengals, Jags, Browns, Packers, or Chiefs?
  18. What if Terry says...if we raise ticket prices A LOT, and sell PSL’s, I will kick in a larger chunk, and therefore, the county and NYS will kick in less?
  19. Agree. Maybe split over two summers? Lower level and upper level?
  20. No disrespect to STH but if the two options are PSL’s or taxpayers kicking in more to build the new stadium, my vote goes for...make the people pay who want to use the product the most.
  21. I’ll followup my earlier post with another question...what exactly do they have planned for KBC? 400 mil seems like a pretty big renovation.
  22. My 2 cents say he is much closer to right than wrong. 😉
