I think Asplund can be a solid 3rd line player going forward, who would not look out of place, if asked to occasionally fill a top 6 role.

I don’t see the vaccination requirement causing attendance issues at Bills games. Yes maybe a drop because of the border being closed, but not sure what the percentage is of Canadian season ticket holders. If the border was open, I’m sure those numbers would also be down.

Well Terry…if you haven’t been embarrassed over the last decade as owner of this mess, it is only going to get worse this season. I tried to tell at least one poster(maybe more) that there would be a dramatic drop in STH’s this season. Believe me now?

This league has proven to be a challenge. I normally play in 10 team leagues, and a 12 teamer makes the waiver wire pretty weak.

I only watched a little, and it was my first time seeing him, but what is it that made Quinn a top 10 pick? For starters, it appears that his skating is very average. Maybe his game just has a lot of growing to do in the next few years.

So, I just logged in to my ESPN+ account, and took a quick peek on the site. I see a handful of NHL games through the end of October, but clearly not all of them. I am in WNY, and I thought except for the Sabres games, that I would have access to all other NHL games? Help!

Bottom line...it doesn't matter how much John hates the Sabres/Pegula's/KA, how badly he wants the ADR surgery, how he would love to play in the Olympics, blah, blah blah, he is NEVER going to give up the $50 million dollars the Sabres owe him. The only issue at hand...if the mexican standoff over surgery options continues, at some point do the Sabres try and suspend him without pay? I'm wondering how unprecedented this whole mess is? In terms of the big 4 North American sports leagues, is there a comparable(s) situation from the last 25 years of so

As much as I despise Spectrum, I’m not dropping them. I don’t want a pizza pan on the side of my house/roof. I also don’t want to jerk around with not having this channel or that channel(Sabres games!), screwing around with an antenna, streaming this or that and dealing with buffering, etc… All in the name of saving $50-60 a month? No thanks.

Most if not all realize this, and when stating “KA should do this or that” know he is not going to make a decision without input from all the other parties involved.

Not that it is going to happen, but if John had a press conference today, announced he is retiring, and disappeared from the public spotlight forever, I’d consider that a perfect solution.
