  1. In fact I'm pretty sure that even at the age of 62, If Mike Foligno laced them up during practice, skated on the ice, dropped the gloves, and challenged the entire team, that most of them would be afraid of him. 😂
  2. Tick tick tick tick... The hourglass has been flipped and is almost out of sand.
  3. You know what...I'm in favor of making Mike Foligno the HC, and trading for Marcus and Nick. I love me a Foligno! LOL
  4. Didn't Florida do a mini-overhaul of their roster in the off-season, and yet here they are one of the better teams in hockey? Off the top of my head, Dadonov, Trocheck and Hoffman all sent packing, and they are a better team than last year. Hey Kym and Kevyn...take note of this.
  5. Hall was fine as a 1 year gamble, but no way do I re-sign him to a big multi-year deal. 14 career playoff games over 10+ NHL seasons, almost always a minus player, and soon to be on the wrong side of thirty. Thanks, but a big NO THANKS. He is exactly what this teams needs LESS of, not MORE of.
  6. Staal...He's gone. In fact I'm never sure he was here Hall...He's gone..unless they want another horrible contract to go with Skinner and Okposo Montour...He's gone. The Ice Capades are calling Reider...Maybe at the vet minimum.
  7. Guys who won't be(or shouldn't be) on the team next year? Are you saying we should keep the 4 players I mentioned, and let them walk in the off-season?
  8. How often is a team that is out of the playoff race a buyer at the deadline, making acquisitions for the future, at a time when the prices are sky high, and the competition is fierce? Then again, that sounds exactly something like this screwed up franchise would do. 😂
  9. You're kidding, right? This is what you want to do at the TDL? When the Sabres are hopelessly out of the playoff race? This is what should happen...trade Hall, Staal, Montour and RIeder(all pending UFA's). Take this best pick/prospect offer for each of them. That's it. Then after the last day of the season, fire RK, and his entire staff, hire a PoHO, let him decide the future of KA, and go from there.
  10. I'd be fine with this(the Granato part), as long as Steve Smith is also kicked to the curb ASAP. If I ever hear a rumor that Steve Smith's coaching of Dahlin is the reason for his struggles, I may go seek him out, and take a few swings at him.
  11. Did Adams blame himself at all? His off-season moves weren’t exactly stellar. Girgensons Staal Eakins Hall Davidson Irwin Reider 🤮
  12. Sabres are on at 1PM. Your problem is solved.
  13. Then I will assume that he is healthy and his play is a direct result of wanting to get the f*** out of Buffalo
  14. Did anyone ask about how often he meets with the Pegula’s or what their thoughts are about another basement finish.
  15. How about “do you understand how angry the fan base is”?
  16. Hire someone to go Gilooly on Ralphies knees?
  17. Someone should ask him about the Captain My Captain article!
  18. ...he is full of *****. Turn it off now because it will be nothing but lies and tap dancing.
  19. I disagree. I want him out of the GM chair ASAP before any major damage is done. There is no place for OJT for an NHL GM. He should’ve been cutting his teeth and groomed for the job via moving up through the ranks.
  20. Ralph needs to go, but if it is not in conjunction with Adams being demoted back to the hockey academy, and a PoHO being hired to start from scratch, it would just be another exercise in futility. 😞
  21. Ouch! The Pegula’s deserve MAJOR criticism for the hiring of Adams, and the reason they chose him. “... The league is shaking its head. There are so many highly qualified people in the NHL, and it bothers me when I hear the laughter that the Sabres’ GM was running their junior program a year ago.”
  22. This thread is much more interesting than the game. I think this is really a sign of me losing my love for the Sabres...I am watching spring training baseball, Cubs vs. Dodgers.
  23. I’ll admit I have an account on Twitter, but rarely use it, and don’t “tweet” or “retweet” at all. With that being said, am I the only who struggles to follow conversations/responses/exchanges within the Twitter world?
