Terry isn't listed as the team president, Kim is. Because of that I am coming to the conclusion that she is much more involved in the day to day business side of the organization.

Are most owners also the team president, and not only of the highest position in the organization of one team, but multiple teams?

Disclaimer...I’m not accusing her of meddling, and I’m not saying this because she is a woman. What is it other than being the owners wife qualifies her to be head of PSE, and therefore President of two major league sports franchise in North America? Her bio doesn’t go into what she did at Fracking USA, therefore I get the impression she had no major role there.

That’s the problem. If Ralphie is canned tomorrow, IMO it would be Granato and Smith for the rest of the year. If I thought they would hire Gallant immediately, I’d be right there with you demanding Ralph should be fired ASAP.

Unfortunately without the center ice package it’s hard to see many teams, but I am interested in how the season plays out for Florida and Carolina.

Unless he is really damaging young player development, there is no reason to fire him now...as long as it takes place as soon as the season ends.

The Bills have become respectable because of Josh Allen. If he happened to be picked one slot before the Bills, they would still be an 7-9, 8-8, 9-7 middle of the pack team, and no one would be calling McD and Beane geniuses. The Sabres desperately need an experienced PoHO.

No assistant GM & no one with the title of pro/nhl scout...where is the director of pro personnel? For fans who want HC and player changes ASAP, be very scared. There is only one position that everyone should get behind and that is an experienced PoHO. Until then, this FO scares the heck out of me. I’ve said it before, except for dumping the pending UFA’s at the TDL, I want ZERO ACTIVITY from them.
