This was me in front of the television watching the Bills circa 2000-2016. I bow to your poetic imagery.

Ryan Tannehill is literally throwing the game away.

Multiple Goat Heads For Jerseys in 2022-23 Season?

I probably will, too. I'm one of those people that P.T. Barnum talked about. -
What a tough, hard-nosed player. He was an unsung hero for those great Isles teams. RIP, Clark.

The fact that the time period displayed includes the worst continuous stretch of futility in this franchise's history cannot be coincidental. Lack of talent, poor medical staff, and mismanagement from the top (and more?) are all contributing factors. Since the same ownership controls the Sabres and Bills, and the Bills seem to "get it" in this area, emulating their approach and applying it to an ice hockey environment would seem to be a cost effective way to begin.

Murray Assigned to Taxi Squad/Craig Anderson on the Ice this AM
Dreams Burn Down replied to Brawndo's topic in The Aud Club
Murray provided us with more than I expected. He added a bit of a physical presence, but he is what he is. I think that, at times, he played beyond his abilities. Even though those abilities are marginal, I would like to see similar effort from our entire line-up. -
Did I say that I know the exact play where Quinn's injury occurred? No, I didn't. For all I know, he injured himself on the way to the shower. As I read about Quinn's injury, I was simply thinking of the future, those who are here and those to come, of this team that, right now, cannot fight or protect its way out of a wet paper bag. This team is physically rolled more often than not. The kids do not need a laissez-faire approach of throwing them to the wolves to toughen them up. The Sabres have gone that route and it hasn't worked. They need support in this area and KA should provide that.

Hopefully, it's not serious. I hope that KA gets an infusion of toughness into this lineup to help protect the young core already here as well as those arriving in the future.

The Sabres jettisoned Risto from Siberia to Point Barrow, Alaska.
