  1. One thing about the blown leads is that I'm in full belief that they can come back. I haven't felt like this about the Sabres since the 2005-2007 era.
  2. I just saw Krebs jump three feet in the air after VO scored in OT. I love this team.
  3. That was the most exciting regular season OT that I have ever seen. What a treat for the fans.
  4. Gooooooooaaaaaaallllllofson in ooooooooooovertime!
  5. Patience pays off for Dahlin. I was screaming at the television. I'll shut up now.
  6. C'mon, Sabres. You have the firepower to answer.
  7. Taking away all of the statistics, simply from a leadership perspective, Tage has it all over Eichel. TT is who I wanted Eichel to be for this team. We are so blessed to have him.
  8. I think that Matt Ellis should cut him in on the smelling salts.
  9. As soon as Cozens got it, there wasn't a doubt in my mind.
  10. Nifty deke by Mitts and then Dahlin scores!
  11. TT unleashes his canon! Gooooooooooooooooooaaalllll!
  12. I wonder if they've been reading SabreSpace.
  13. Damned right that's goaltender interference.
  14. UPL stayed with 87. He never had a chance.
  15. I'm impressed by the VO-Jost-Mitts line. They started out battling and continued throughout. Great start.
  16. The third line hemmed them in. Great work.
  17. If the Chiefs win today (Courtesy of the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle): Who do the Bills play if they're the No. 2 seed? There are four options: the New England Patriots, Miami Dolphins, Pittsburgh Steelers or Jacksonville Jaguars. Who do the Bills play if they're the No. 3 seed? Buffalo would host either the Baltimore Ravens or Los Angeles Chargers.
  18. There's no need for theatrics, but finishing checks strongly and establishing the body early might go a long way tonight.
  19. I've been expecting this team to fold under pressure and regress. That is moreso out of what's happened in years past than what my eyes have seen from this team since their late- season surge last year. This team is a departure from those of the recent past. They have a resiliency that is a pleasure to watch. Yes, they had the 8 game losing streak. In past years, that would have become a months-long funk. They also struggle in the third period, but have still managed to win a majority of those games, regardless. In years past, they simply lost those games. This team will be a tough out through the end of the season. If they do miss the playoffs, it will be by less than 5 points instead of 20-plus points. I believe we'll be at least a Wild Card entry and be nipping at Toronto's heels for second in the division by the end.
  20. RIP, Professor. (9/12/52-1/7/20)
