Is it too much to ask for this team to bring it tonight? Can we just outwork the Rangers at least? Play the body and not give them any space to work with. It’s not THAT crazy to think so is it? Perhaps build on the defensive effort against the Ducks. This team can be an offensive force while being conscientious on D. I feel like they are due for a big night.

That red & black Sabres “goat” logo was badass, but the current one is clean and just classic.. very pleasant to the eye. The Bruins did have that grizzly-like bear logo before. The best logo they ever had imo. That thing looks possessed! They should bring it back.

I’ll be laughing if we pull this one out somehow. The Rangers are among the very best hockey teams in the NHL and they’ve coming off of a loss. Hey that’s my line! Although I was dead wrong the last time I said it. BOO HOO

High School years.. good times.

Hey everyone.. pretty simple thread. What is your favorite piece of anything SABRES? Maybe it’s a ticket to a special game you never threw away, a jersey of your all time favorite player, a signed puck or card? A hat or hoodie?? I never really thought of myself as a collector but I have acquired some sports stuff/memorabilia throughout the years. Every once in a while I’ll see if I can snag an older Sabres player card.. the vintage look of them appeal to me. My favorite would have to be a Rob Ray rookie card that may not be worth a lot, but it’s worth a lot to me! I got a ‘75 Rick Martin displayed as well. It would be awesome to have something to pay tribute to RJ since he’s leaving after this year. The Sabres should issue a bobblehead or something similar.. if they have already then I must have missed it. Cheers!

Good. I can’t stand that team. Actually the only NY area sports team I’m ok with is the Islanders.

This year.. although that may be pushing it.

I just realized that we have the Rangers next, and they’re coming off a loss. They lose about as much as we win so it’s a fair matchup. Fasten your seatbelts guys.

You know what… let them lose every damn game remaining as long as they handle the draft like bosses. As far as that goal goes, it was definitely a high stick. The good news is that no one will remember it. It’s not a playoff game. The Sabres didn’t score a single goal to potentially tie it (if that goal was discounted).

Flyers with their sixth straight loss tonight.. just another day at the office. Jersey looked like world beaters against them. EDIT: It’s actually their 10th straight loss. My mistake. Either way the consistency is there.

So the arena is roughly 1/4 full. Damn. Can anyone remember the attendance being this bad before?
