  1. We're gettin' shutout.
  2. ANOTHER turnover. WTF, man?
  3. Little ball of hate. I ♥️ him.
  4. Benson can stay. Most of the rest of these guys? Ehhhhhh
  5. Looks like a good crowd. Guessing it's about 60% Rags fans.
  6. Jesus these guys suck.
  7. Lindy looks/sounds fed up.
  8. This looks like men vs. boys. And the Rags have been playing horrible hockey. This is just sad.
  9. JFC Power! UPL saved his arse. Power needs to sit. He's a ***** liability.
  10. This feels like we're getting shutout.
  11. Do these guys actually practice?
  12. These clowns can't even shoot at the goddamn net.
  13. Breakaway and Tuch misses the net.
  14. LOL Power coughs up the puck in their zone unforced. This team is an ungodly mess.
  15. I don't know how you fix this bunch. They're sloppy from top to bottom. Six SOG against a reeling Rags team. Somebody needs to knock Kevyn's head off his desk and tell him to make a ***** move. I know we joke about about their playoff chances, but realistically it's still early enough that it's within reach...but not with this roster as currently constructed. Other teams that are actually trying to make the playoffs do something when they're struggling, especially this badly. But not our Kevyn. His stubborn adherence to his "plan" is torpedoing yet another season.
  16. Checking in late. I see same as it ever was.
  17. OH MY GOD, THEY KILLED LINDY!
  18. I heard the water in NYC makes for fantastic bagels.
  19. It's the Rags, so I'll tune in again tonight I suppose.
  20. Team's in a death spiral and STILL no moves, eh Kev?
  21. They stink. We stink. Who will suck more? Given it's a home game for our beloved Sabres, I feel confident in predicting... 6-3 Rangers
  22. I feel this. I'm not a native of the city (NE Ohio boy here), but the early '90's LaFontaine/Mogilny teams called to me because I hate Pittsburgh & Detroit. My hockey fandom came of age with the Dominator (still my favorite player ever) and I lived and breathed Sabres. I never would have thought at any point that we'd be staring at a decade and a half with no playoffs. Even through all the misery, I've tried to remain optimistic and find bright spots. I've remained engaged and invested. But now, over the last couple weeks something broke. I kinda feel hopeless about the team. I've felt apathy creeping in. I no longer watch games start to finish every single game. I find myself flipping to other games or playing on my phone. I flat out didn't watch 2 games last week and that's unheard of for me. Even my nine year old daughter noticed and asked why I'm not watching the Sabres. My only answer was "eh, they're just not very good." I don't really wear Sabres gear much anymore. That's apathy and that's the last thing you want settling into your fan base. We have such a passionate fanbase that is desperate to embrace this team again, but they keep ***** it up. It's a damn shame.
  23. Adams keeps preaching "process, process, process." We keep hearing we're the youngest team in the league. Sorry, but the youth excuse expires when guys are entering their 4th, 5th, 6th season in the NHL. This current core has been together several years now: Cozens - 5th NHL season Tage - 7th NHL season Power - 3rd NHL season Dahlin - 7th NHL season Krebs - 4th NHL season Tuch - 8th NHL season Peterka - 3rd NHL season Quinn - 3rd NHL season Byram - 5th NFL season This ain't a bunch of rookies and second year players. These guys have played together for 3-5 years. If you peg 2020-21 as the jump off point of this "current" rebuild (one of how many now since 2011?), this is year 5. Half of this frickin' league makes the playoffs any given season. Right now, we appear nowhere near being a playoff team. So my question of Adams would be - "how many years is this expected to take?" This current core has been playing together for a few years now, how are they not better than this? And I'll admit, that while they have been playing for years together, development has been stunted by the front office's utter failure to pepper the lineup with good veteran hockey players. Yeah, they've brought in a guy here and there, but most of these players they've been trying to develop have done it together vice with good, experienced hockey players. There's potential throughout this group, but Adams and company have bungled it severely.
