They should be. I bet they expected a walk in the park after last night and they got a bunch of pests disrupting everything and a goalie playing maybe his best games in the NHL.

Been a big fan since last year when there were long stretches that he appeared to be the only guy that gave a *****.

I thought he showed some potential at times last year, particularly after they fired Krueger into the sun; but he’s been a JAG at best this year.

I’ve seen little encouraging from Mitts. Obviously the injuries threw a wrench in his season, but he’s been largely useless since coming back.

I've used the term "blossoming" with regard to Dahlin several times over the past few weeks, because to me, that's exactly what's happening. He's shown glimpses of what he could become in drips and drabs the whole time he's been here, but it was usually followed by a several games of "wtf is going on with this guy?" Over the last six weeks, he hasn't been perfect...obviously, no one is, but he has been excellent most nights and the "wtf?" games are more isolated incidents as opposed to a trend. As the team grows around him, he is going to be elite...like top-10 defenseman in the league. I'd agree that he's the best player on the team right now. I am thoroughly enjoying watching him come into his own.
