Maybe I got my generation wrong. Whatever he is, he is the new generation of players that play weak. And I’m no boomer. Much younger than that.

I loved Zegras and really wanted him to be a part of the Eichel trade. But then I saw this video where him and some other millennial kid were doing this dance in front of Getzlaf and he looks like he just wants to retire right there. Zegras is the problem with the current NHL. Too soft and flashy. Probably thinks checking should be eliminated from the game.

I feel like we’re not going to be in position to get him with us playing well recently, but my hope is Cayden Lindstrom is there when we pick. He’ll bring the edge we need.

Dang. Where did this come from? I love it. In the beginning of the season there were so many posters on here saying to waive or trade UPL to make room for our “definite” 1A Levi. Some people here were laughing when someone asked who the starter this year was going to be and didn’t automatically anoint Levi as the obvious choice.

100 percent agree. i can’t believe you actually erased the thread. If you guys can’t take constructive criticism then you are going to lose members. You did exactly what so many of us have a problem with.

I should also add I do actually appreciate what you guys do that allow us to have this forum. But just wish you would tone down the power trip.

The Mods on this forum make it difficult for me to continue to come back. I visit other boards and no other mods act like this. They’ll probably lock and erase this soon enough. They don’t like criticism.

Where would Jiricek play though? Could he partner up with Dahlin or Power or are their styles too similar? (Forgive me, I don’t know hockey as much). i doubt he gets to QB the PP like he wants with the guys ahead of him.

I think it’s best for his development. Plus, he’s not a good NHL goalie right now. Let the kid develop and earn his spot.
