There are some winnable games and some very rough games coming up! The Avs and Vegas are not going to be easy. This team has shown it can take down top team in their buildings though. Hopefully we will get Greenway and Tuch back before then. Love to see Greenway with the new guy on a line, maybe with Krebs, who has been playing really good as of late.

I have to say it was very nice to see the Sabres with their foot on the gas from beginning to end. Even without a few key folks they looked quick and dangerous. The PP really hurts without Dahlin though. Now, the key is doing this Sat against the Habs or it really means nothing.

Again, KA is not a proactive GM. He will not do anything until it is too late. Maybe a deadline make it look like i am trying transaction and we miss again by a few points. There is the we are getting better and we will make it next year point. From Pegula on down, they are not qualified to run a franchise that is based on winning.

Tell me if you have heard this one before....... A hockey team forgets to start playing when the first whistle blows and falls behind 2-0 before any effort starts being shown...... So tired of this *****. This team has the talent to compete even with the injuries but cannot seem to motivate themselves until they are in a hole they cannot climb out of. Coaching issue! This team are a bunch of pansies that cannot even grow a pair to take the body! Even the national broadcast was getting after the Sabres on the 2nd goal!!! 2 Sabres should have taken the body on the Detroit player but stick checked instead!! Again, coaching issue!! This team has zero confidence and they are slowly falling into the that black hole which is another year missing the playoffs. What's worse is that we have to wait another 2 weeks to get Tuch and Greenway back. Chalk up another loss to Boston, and it would not surprise me to see us fall on our faces again against the Habs. KA needs to be fired if he does not at least try and bring some help for this team in. Standing pat is not acceptable at this point.

Even last year, this team had the same problems. Heavy forecheck shuts us down and our players fold like a cheap deck of cards. We have a lot of talent, but we need a player or two that is not just big, but plays heavy. Our big guys just do not do that. If all our players are going to panic when they are forechecked then that is a coaching problem. Talent also does little when the opposing team is backchecking heavy. When you have talented players that are afraid of the front of the net, you get what we have now. One of the biggest good things from last year was our PP. That is a total disaster. Even before the injuries. UPL, is a serviceable 1A, but we do not have a 1B. We are more on the 1c or D. Also take into account that this teams defensive posture is most likely the worst i have ever seen on a NHL team. They are a bunch of stick checking fools that won't take the body but once in miracle. It is easy to play around our defense as we never pressure the points so it is easy for teams to keep us hemmed in our own end. If the wings pressured the dmen it would also open some actual breakaways.

Well, 25 games in and this team has lost me. I am not even interested in watching us get our ***** kicked in all 3 games this week. Another year, another huge disappointment. I get so depressed watching the same old garbage every night. Our opponent scores a few goals ealy and then this team pots a couple of meaningless goals. Now we lost Tuch? Yea, with the exception of commiserating on this board, not watching a minute of Buffalo sports this week. The team is garbage, coaching is worse and management will not even make an attempt at damning the flood. Time to turn attention to me second fave team, the Avs.

Who said I wanted a conversation with you?? Lol just kidding. I get what your saying and I understand it from us long timer folks. Enough is enough with this team. They have built it wrong and the coaches are wrong as well as management. They are waiting and hoping they are right and this team makes it, but not smart enough to fix it.

Hmmmmm another kool-aid drinker or one that had only been a fan one year.... no offense. I think it is called reality for those of us day one fans. Every year is groundhog year, same problems no fixing until a half ass attempt when it is too late.

I now hate days when Buffalo sports teams play. I feel like I need medication as I just cannot seem to look away. Unfortunately that Buffalo numbness is finally taking over. I will watch until we are behind 2 then shut it off and go clean something. Time to fire and bring some fire in. Until then, another Buffalo loss on its way.

I hate this team. They are gutless with no fire in them. I could not even make it through the first period before shutting it off. I can honestly say I am starting to seriously hate Buffalo sports.

He is good enough to get us to and take us through the playoffs. Question is, can the team be consistent defensively to get us there. NO. We are missing the right kind of players to take us there.

We have been saying this for years. We are stick checkers, not really body checkers. We have too many of the same kind of player and no real sandpaper and or grit in the lineup. A good/great 3rd liner that can hit and or score can be had. Management obviously does not see it that way.
