The way ours has played, he makes the best decisions and plays smart every shift. You are right, he may not be the best but he is top 3!!! Easy. He should not be riding pine because other players are more senior, they are not playing better.

I have to say this is the first time in Sabres fandom that i do not want to watch them anymore. Even when we were supposed to be bad i enjoyed watching the little things good that would happen. Unfortunately there are no more little things good and this team is an embarrassment. We are the easiest team to play against. Just forecheck them hard and crumble like old cards. The do not forecheck or back check physically. They won't go to the front of the net. The whole team are expert stick checkers. This team is built drastically wrong. When they are fully healthy i am not seeing a difference in how they play. Even simple decisions seem beyond comprehension. Sitting RJ? I know everyone on team is not blind. RJ is actually responsible. I hate to say, but i will not be wasting my evenings getting frustrated over the lack of just about everything on this team. I am tired of 13 years of excuses and ineptness. Thank you Sabres for assisting in ruining my love of my favorite sport. I can even care less about the drafts as this team has not seemed to learn.

My hockey IQ drops just watching this crap. Taking another week off from watching this garbage team. They will lose a few more and I hope something happens so I can come back. Until then I am not going watch my team look like fools on ice and be aggravated.

Uhhhh not tough..... RJ is better then 3-4 of the Dmen that are starting. That is a stupid call. Put the best team you can on the ice every game. Do not cater to players.

Maybe it was a JOINT decision to keep him in Buffalo. Maybe Benson would rather be an NHLer then play with kids.

Not to change the subject back to the thread title......LOL I hear that Quinn may be back to playing sooner rather than later. I think it was on the Coyotes post game show last night.

Every game that goes by it is tougher and tougher to stomach this team. This is the first week since i have been able to watch every game that i voluntary decided not to watch the games. I am already thinking not to waste my time with the games this week as well. I will monitor the chat and i get scores sent to my phone, but it is better then the frustration of watching a team we have seen fail over and over the last 13 seasons. The only difference now is that we are not supposed to be this bad, but here we are.
