Huge risk for Sabres as there’s little reason for Tuch to extend before going to free agency. Would have to be a (perceived) massive overpay or a complete reorg that he’d feel could make us competitive. Regardless, if he was my kid I’d strongly advise him to hold off until mid July.

I was taught the same way but too many folks accelerating through “stale” red lights it’s borderline suicidal. I only do it now if incoming traffic is 200-300 yards away. I expect everyone to run the light it has become so common now.

Question here. Since this is a very serious rehab period for her, could Ras ask for a “pause” in his contract and play in Sweden this year and next? Contract years would resume when he comes back?

Hire a new GM and let him bring in a coaching staff before a complete explosion. If retooling I’d see what I can get for TT, OP, and BB. Build an identity.

Since Liger corrected me on my assumption KA’s contract was going to expire this year we should be looking for the best qualified GM (should have already been doing this) and pull the trigger when one is found. Never thought this roster was playoff capable and only the goalie performance has surpassed my expectation. Obviously would love to be proven wrong. I haven’t heard any pundits thinking this was / is a playoff team.

Here’s a thought - if you put your body in front of someone they (theoretically) cannot morph right through you.

He let a soft one in and I didn’t watch the 3rd do can’t comment on how he finished. I’m a lot more concerned about our forwards than goalie at this point. Lyon has played well and Ellis did also in his sneak peek preview. You need to find out what you’ve got and so I can’t argue with starting UPL. Blues didn’t need the 2nd goal so IMO it wasn’t UPL that cost them the game. I read somewhere we lost 70% of the board battles?
