This is certainly an unusual case in that 20 years later it’s not a he said she said but an actual video tape. That’s just crazy to me. I just did a quick google and it seems Canada does not have a statute of limitations so there are few guys lawyered up and looking at some prison time in this I’d imagine.

so the 03 one is coming to light cause the players filmed it with a camera and then just left the tape in the camera. The guy who owned camera wasn’t part of the assault and watched it later. The players told him to delete it but he apparently just kept it and is now giving it to the police. This girl may not even know what happened as she apparently was just passed out on a pool table.

Such a wild story. They are slowly narrowing it down to who it was. Of course the players apparently have a consent video from the girl and texts from the following day. She also could have been pressured into that.
