What people forget is that watching the team now when they are out of it and a win is nice but a loss is just “oh well they are out of it” is a lot difference then losses to start next season when everyone is still in it. They are still 1-17 against teams in playoff spots.

Krueger had Mitts playing 3rd-4th line RW and informed him he was done as an NHL Centre. He is now leading this team as a Centre and looks more and more like the WJC Mitts everyone was salivating over.

My predictions are: He is extending with Edmonton and a 1st will be in the deal or he is going to NYI for Bellows and a 2nd.

People,have to remember this isn’t a normal year. Flat cap, most team are tapped out with the cap so a lot of guys won’t be moved. Hall, Montour possibly will be it.

Adding talent to Rochester is always important. Even if he is never an NHL regular, better to let these guys compete in Rochester then let them walk for nothing.

The one thing I can guarantee is that none of the crack Buffalo media people will be the one to break the trade.

I think Ullmark is getting more then 3.5. Think $5 million per.

Dahlin and Joker have been playing so well together lately I didn’t want to break it up but I would like to see Dahlin-Borgen to see what they have for next year.

I hope Borgen is ready to go soon. Dahlin Joker Bryson Risto Montour Borgen would be fun to watch if only for a game or two.

I think 5x5 is the sweet spot. Goalies usually hit there stride at 26-27, where maturity and mental consistency meet. He is a difference maker for Buffalo. The injuries are a concern but you have to have a good goalie to go anywhere in this league. Upgrade to a capable backup and this team will be much much better.

Risto for Turcotte is much more appealing.

They should hold him out until he accepts 5 passes in a row in practice without completely fumbling it. I have never seen a player unable to handle the puck as much as Hall has this season.

Was it ever mentioned why Granato was brought on the staff? Did he have any connection to Krueger? I know Smith and Krueger coached in Edmonton but I never heard any connection between Krueger and Granato. I get the sense that Granato isn’t too impressed with the way Ralph handled this team.

I don’t think anyone is expecting a run to the playoffs😀 It’s just nice to be able to tune in and watch your team play and see some positive things again. Having Ullmark back has made a big difference. Seeing the likes of Dahlin, Joker, Mitts, Tage, Bryson making positive progress is nice. I still have no idea what is up with Hall. He can’t receive a simple pass to save his life.
