Double down and go for it!!

I would hire a hockey guy who can run this organization, making sure the owner has direct contact with this person and provides everything this position needs. From there I would let that person decide on the who to hire for all positions - janitor, trainer, security guards, everyone. Note- it needs to be a person with success in the nhl.

I don't have any confidence that Adams or anyone else in this organization knows what to do with these players in Rochester. I would leave it to the next president/GM.

This team is only good when it doesn't matter, when they are out of the playoffs.

I believe most of the players had success in other places. Maybe its the people pulling the strings.

I guess - "If ifs and buts were candy and nuts" It is a humorous way of expressing the idea that wishing for things to be different doesn't change reality. However we don't know what is real or not becasue we do nont work there. I am sure based on the way these two sports teams are performing - they are run the same way.

LOL, yes what a great move - move a guy up to admin who has a lower point total than the last two coaches. Makes perfect sense for this organization.

Unless you work for the organization, you are only guessing. Lets look at the facts, 13 plus years.

Has the team made the playoffs while they have been there? Who is grooming them? lol ...

I cant react on hearsay or speculation of who thought what, I am not there or inside the organization. As a fan, all I can see is what is happeinging in the last 13 years plus. Obviously the system is broke and needs something more than super glue to fix.

Based on history - nothing that will change the direction of the team over the last 13 years. Why do anything when you have a good thing going. Look at all the top notch administrative leaders of thi organization. Mark Jakubowski 11 years, Kevin Adams GM, then all the Pittsburgh retreads the last 3-4 years... If my work history was as prolific as the Sabers, I would be homeless. Why? To play on ruff's Team and count on Adams to make the right choices...

I hope they gut the pig. Start at the top of this organization and start over at the admin level. Obviousy it is broken. 13 years of history to fall back on. then work on the roster.

Ship him to Rochester if you can.. Otherwise adios.

All these primadonna wide recievers all seem to have attitude issues. Not sure I would bring them into the current Bills culture, just to see them fail.

Not a fan of the signing. Games I watched he looks lazy and uninspired. Just my 2 cents.
