Unless you work for the organization, you are only guessing. Lets look at the facts, 13 plus years.

Has the team made the playoffs while they have been there? Who is grooming them? lol ...

I cant react on hearsay or speculation of who thought what, I am not there or inside the organization. As a fan, all I can see is what is happeinging in the last 13 years plus. Obviously the system is broke and needs something more than super glue to fix.

Based on history - nothing that will change the direction of the team over the last 13 years. Why do anything when you have a good thing going. Look at all the top notch administrative leaders of thi organization. Mark Jakubowski 11 years, Kevin Adams GM, then all the Pittsburgh retreads the last 3-4 years... If my work history was as prolific as the Sabers, I would be homeless. Why? To play on ruff's Team and count on Adams to make the right choices...

I hope they gut the pig. Start at the top of this organization and start over at the admin level. Obviousy it is broken. 13 years of history to fall back on. then work on the roster.

All these primadonna wide recievers all seem to have attitude issues. Not sure I would bring them into the current Bills culture, just to see them fail.

It never depends on camp with this org, decisions are made by contract. If camp decided who stays half of the team wouldn't be on the roster.

Would you not like to have those players now? Forum talks about grit and vets. Those two fit the bill.

Doing some research (wikipedia) the average age of Lindy's 79/80 playoff team was 26.32. This years team 26.59. I guess age does matter.

It can. Culture of a team comes from a variety or combination of things. To me winning was the end result of the team make up or culture.

Or, over the years he doesn't believe this is the correct way to play. Either way - follow the redwings and hire another coach - president / GM.

The coach is responsible for getting the best out of his players. So playing Kulich as a center or wing is up to the coach. Right now I do nont have faith in this staff making these decisions. At the 40 game mark worst record in the last 3 years. Think about it, this staff could ruin the future of these young players they worked so hard to draft/acquire.

That is exactly the right answer! Do you want someone who is incompetent of making trades to move players for third and 6th round draft picks?

I would not allow this incompetent administration make any type of decisions on personnel.

Even with a "talent difference" , what bothers me is this game was very winnable. Not converting on third downs cost this team to play in the super bowl. Had a chance to win at the end of the game, with the ball in Josh's hands. Ughhh

I would not allow any of this staff to make any decsions on the roster until new personnel is brought in.
